      The electricity supply contract is concluded under the conditions established by the connection technical approval, which is an integral part of the contract, for a certain period, agreed upon by both parties. In situations where there is a connection technical approval from a previous contract at the respective consumption point, it can be taken over in a new contract, under the conditions provided in the Regulation on the connection of users to public interest networks and in the framework contract approved by ANRE. <\/p>\n
